Our Mission
We work alongside local authorities and communities. We disrupt the education system through research, training, programmes, and policy, to dismantle systemic barriers to equitable education.
Paradigm Project exists to challenge the conditions that allow harm, exclusion, and inequity to persist. Our work focuses on upstream, preventative approaches that strengthen safeguarding, belonging, and opportunity for children and young people.
