Programmes & Training
Overview
Our programmes and training turn insight into action. Grounded in local research and lived experience, our offer equips educators, families, and young people with the tools to navigate key transitions, build belonging, and prevent school-based harm before it escalates.
We focus on upstream, relational, and equity-driven approaches that support children and the adults around them. Every session, toolkit, and digital module is co-designed with the communities we serve, ensuring it meets real needs in real time.
We know that meaningful change happens when schools, parents, and students work together. Our delivery model centres this triangle of support bridging the gaps between research, practice, and lived experience to create lasting impact.

Programme
My Next Steps – Primary to Secondary Transition Programme
A digital, year-long resource for schools to support Year 6 students, families, and educators through the emotional, practical, and social challenges of moving to secondary school. Key themes include identity, friendships, stress management, online safety, communication, critical thinking, and safeguarding.

Training
Cultural Humility Training for Educators
A two-day training designed for teaching and support staff to develop inclusive, equity-led practice. Rooted in co-authored research, the training introduces cultural humility as a framework for inclusive education, allyship, and systemic change. A leadership add-on is also available for senior teams looking to embed equity across the whole-school strategy.
Bespoke
Bespoke Training & Consultancy
In addition to our core programmes, we offer bespoke training and consultancy for schools, local authorities, and community organisations seeking support on specific challenges.
Whether you’re looking to explore inclusive behaviour practice, cultural humility, safeguarding and exploitation awareness, or a transition-focused intervention tailored to your local context, we can work with you to design a solution that fits.
Our team brings deep expertise in frontline delivery, research, and systems change, ensuring that every offer is relational, practical, and rooted in evidence.
