Key Social Indicators

Common themes that can lead to destructive paths

Central to our prevention method is the use of what we call Key Social Indicators. They are not an exhaustive list of issues that can lead to involvement in negative behavioural or criminal matters – instead, they are reflective of common themes that can lead to destructive paths.

By increasing awareness and developing an understanding of these issues, we can identify the most at-risk young people. Our programmes then implement measures that help mitigate these circumstances, giving equal access to opportunity.
